Like any trusted retailer, you can order from us with confidence. All products are covered by warranty from the date you receive them. If the product fails during the warranty period, and the failure is caused by a manufacturing defect rather than user misuse or accidental damage, we will accept the return and provide a corresponding solution.
Warranty Policy Overview
1. 30-Day Warranty from the Manufacturer
For problems caused by manufacturing defects, the manufacturer provides a 30-day warranty service (excluding damage caused during transportation, misuse or other non-quality issues).
2. Report a problem during the warranty period
If you find that the product is defective, please be sure to notify us within the warranty period and return the product in the original packaging if possible. Please let us know the specific defect and include your order number. Please note that expired products will not be repaired or replaced.
Quality Control Process
We have a professional quality control team who carefully inspect every product received from suppliers and manufacturers to prevent defective goods from reaching customers. If any problems are found during the quality inspection, we will immediately return the goods to the supplier/factory for processing. Therefore, you can buy with peace of mind, knowing that we are committed to being a trustworthy seller in the international market.
What to do if you receive damaged items
Although we try our best to protect the goods from physical damage during transportation, occasionally problems may occur due to rough handling by couriers, such as cracked screens. If this happens to you, please follow the guidelines below:
Pre-signing complaint: If possible, file a complaint directly with the courier representative when signing for the goods and understand their complaint procedures.
Post-signing processing: If you have already signed for the package, take photos of the damage and contact the local courier office to file a complaint. They will guide you through the claim process.
Contact us: Contact us immediately by email or online chat with the order number and detailed description and pictures of the damage. We will assist you in communicating with the courier and provide you with compensation options based on the situation. The amount of compensation will vary depending on the courier's regulations.
What if something goes wrong after a period of use?
If you encounter a product quality problem during the warranty period, we have you covered. Please provide the following supporting materials:
- Photos of the front and back of the original packaging
- Photos or videos of the defective product
- Evidence showing the malfunction of the defective product (photos, videos or screenshots)
Once the problem is confirmed, we will provide you with a refund or replacement service. Sometimes you may need to send the defective product back to us first so that we can arrange a free repair or replacement for the new product. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, and the re-shipping cost is our responsibility.
Warranty Exemption and Notes
1. Breakage/damage due to natural wear and tear or during normal use is not covered by the warranty and is the responsibility of the customer.
2. If the product is misused or damaged by the customer, the warranty will be immediately invalid and no compensation will be provided. However, we can help you purchase replacement or spare parts (if available) for the cost of the parts and shipping.
3. All returns must be authorized in advance by our support team (RMA form). Returns without prior approval, wrong addresses, wrong products or empty boxes will not be compensated.
Special Notes
1. The shipping cost of sending the product back to us is paid by the customer.
2. During the return shipping process, the customer shall bear all customs fees, consumption taxes or tariffs, which will be deducted from the refund.
3. We use the economy shipping method by default. If you want to choose a faster shipping method, please pay the corresponding shipping fee in addition.
4. Please pay attention to the return information. Once it shows the receipt, please contact us again to confirm.
5. Customers only need to pay the shipping fee (including the return fee) at most once, and there is no restocking fee when returning the product.
6. Refunds are usually received within 3-5 working days.
